Gym Circuits
A varied mix of strength, cardio and core exercises using gym equipment and bodyweight movements. Each session is different to keep training fresh, effective and engaging.
Cardio Resistance
Low impact, high-energy cardio workout using gym equipment with lighter resistance and higher intensity to improve stamina, boost cardiovascular fitness and support fat loss.
Legs, Bums, Tums & Arms Bootcamp
A high-energy, trainer-led session targeting the lower body, core and arms. Low-impact but effective exercises to strengthen, tone and improve endurance, suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
Retrofit Aerobics
A fun, feel-good cardio class with a classic 80s vibe. Easy-to-follow routines set to uplifting music to improve fitness and leave you smiling

A low-impact strength class focusing on controlled, muscle-isolating movements. Designed to tone, sculpt and build lean muscle safely and effectively.
Strength Circuit
A low-impact, high-intensity session using resistance machines and functional exercises to build strength, improve stamina and enhance overall conditioning.
Combat Strength
A powerful combination of boxing-inspired movements and strength training to improve coordination, build lean muscle and release stress.
Box Fusion
A dynamic blend of boxing combinations and functional strength exercises for a full-body workout that boosts fitness, power and confidence.
Aerobic Circuit
A circuit-style class combining functional movements and strength-building exercises to raise heart rate and improve muscular endurance.
Step Circuit
Classic step sequences alternated with gym circuit equipment for a balanced workout that improves coordination, stamina and strength.

Aerobic routines alternated with gym equipment exercises to build strength, improve tone and keep energy levels high throughout.

A balanced class to improve flexibility, mobility and core strength while promoting relaxation and wellbeing.
The Inner Mine Sunday Reset Meditation (via Zoom)
A calming guided meditation to gently release tension and restore inner balance. These sessions create space for reflection, relaxation, and renewal—helping you reset emotionally, mentally, and energetically for the week ahead. Includes optional distance Reiki.
